- 1 jar shop-bought ready-to-eat tripe
- 800g new potatoes
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
- In a saucepan, reheat the tripe at low heat.
- Cook the unpeeled potatoes in salted boiling water for 15 minutes.
- To serve, lay the potatoes in their skin on dining plates, add the tripe. Season with one turn of peppermill and serve immediately.
